Volunteering and lending a hand in helping ensure the love and music never stops is beyond gratefully appreciated & without YOUR help we wouldn't be providing music to all of you. Volunteering participants for "Road To Summer's End Concert Series" July 23 & 24 + "Summer's End ~ The Draper Rendezvous" August 27 & 28 will receive a comp ticket to Summer's End events in exchange for volunteering and services! All volunteers 16 years and older are accepted. Volunteers participating duties to fill for a 4 hour shift. Make sure to sign up with your current email address and select schedule shifts available in form below. DrSwanMusic will notify participant email and confirm scheduling and sign-up information.
Duties of Volunteering:
Box Office Work (checking tickets, ticket distribution), Stage hands (stage help, unloading & loading equipment, gate traffic control), Festival clean up and maintenance during event hours, set up production, take down production, check points, friendly easy work for all participants.
Volunteering selecting Tent camping passes for weekend are able to set up camping Thursday evening before festival

Volunteer Shift Compensation from DrSwanMusic
1 shift scheduled receives a DAY festival pass.
2 shifts scheduled receive a WEEKEND festival pass
3 shifts scheduled receive a festival pass and weekend tent camping pass
4 shifts scheduled receive a festival pass and weekend vehicle pass
5 shifts scheduled receive a pass for Both Late Night Events & weekend tent pass & weekend festival pass
6 shifts scheduled receive a festival pass for BOTH WEEKENDS (Road To Summer's End Concert Series July 23 & 24 + Summer's End ~ The Draper Rendezvous August 27 & 28)
* RV pass available on a case-by-case basis.

Volunteer camping park and located at Hop Porter Park in Hailey, Idaho.
Volunteers will receive volunteer instructions closer to event date. Make sure to add yourself to the private volunteer group for the latest event updates.
There will be a pre shift meeting where a quick job description will be done ONSITE prior to working scheduled shifts. This is where all volunteers ask questions about what they will be doing, and be directed to job location. All volunteers will need to schedule a job time this year and will be placed into position onsite. If a volunteer has certain work restrictions please send an email to email@example.com or enter concerns in comment section in Volunteering Form below and DrSwanMusic will accommodate to your individual situation the best we can. Also, all volunteers need to remember to stay SOBER during their shifts and to represent Summer's End events & DrSwanMusic in a positive, professional, loving, and neighborly respectful manner. Volunteers will need to check-in and check-out of shift with volunteer coordinator. Being a volunteer is a privilege not a right. DON'T ABUSE THE VOLUNTEER SYSTEM & THANK YOU FOR HELPING ENSURE THE LOVE AND MUSIC NEVER STOPS! Summer's End Events are staffed by YOU. Make sure to show up to your scheduled shifts. ANY ABANDONMENT OF SHIFTS SCHEDULED WILL BE FORFIETED FESTIVAL PASSES & Volunteer Compensation.
